MediaColor has design teams based in Barcelona and Romania who develop bespoke products and monitor this development.

Front tray design:

• 3D modelling

• Developing models using 3D printing

• Creation and development of visuals

• Provision of an effective prototype

• Preparation of caps for plastic injection

Printing of front trays:

• Pad printing text onto cap highlights

• Insertion or glueing of visuals onto cap highlights

MediaColor has a set of 6 pad printing machines (1-colour, 2-colour and 4-colour), as well as a high-performance machine for the application of labels.
